We recommend arriving by car – this gives you the most flexibility for tours and excursions on site. A free roadside parking space is available directly at the house.

• From the north (Munich/Salzburg): via the A10 Tauernautobahn and the Felbertauern Tunnel to Lienz.

• From the west (Innsbruck): via the A13 Brennerautobahn and the Puster Valley towards Sillian. From Sillian it’s only a few minutes on the B111 (Gailtalstraße) to Kartitsch and our house.

• From the Gail Valley (Villach/Spittal an der Drau): take the B111 through the Gail Valley to Kartitsch.

• From Italy (San Candido, Cortina, Puster Valley): take the SS52/SS49 towards Sillian, then the B111 to Kartitsch.
