Prices and information for your holiday in East Tyrol

Rooms

Single room – per night, including breakfast

  • €62 for stays of up to 2 nights

  • €58 per night for stays of 3 nights or more
     

Double room – per night and person, including breakfast

  • €58 for stays of up to 2 nights

  • €53 per night for stays of 3 nights or more

Children: Children up to 14 years receive a discount.

Final cleaning: Included.

Meals: Breakfast is included. Dinner can be booked optionally. We offer a small menu featuring East Tyrolean specialities, and we are happy to prepare vegetarian dishes. Please let us know in advance in the morning.

Holiday Apartments

  • Wolfi (approx. 30 m², 2 guests) – from €79 per day

  • Manuel (approx. 30 m², 2 guests) – from €79 per day

  • Michi (approx. 35 m², 2 guests) – from €81 per day

  • Lissi (65 m², up to 4 guests) – from €135 per day (For fewer than 4 guests, please enquire.)

The daily rate applies to stays of 5 nights or more. For shorter stays, an additional €5 per day applies.
 

Children: Children up to 14 years receive a discount.

Final cleaning: €35 per stay (€40 for Lissi).

Breakfast & dinner: Guests staying in our apartments are also welcome to enjoy breakfast and dinner with us.

Breakfast: €15 per day per adult, €10 per day per child

Dinner: Dinner can be booked optionally. We offer a small menu featuring East Tyrolean specialities, and we are happy to prepare vegetarian dishes. Please let us know in advance in the morning.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Arrival: From 2:00 pm

  • Departure: By 9:45 am
     

Spa Area
After a day in the mountains, our spa area is waiting for you. The sauna, sanarium and infrared cabin are available to all guests for an additional fee from 4:00 pm.
 
East Tyrol Welcome Card
As our guests, you will receive the East Tyrol Welcome Card free of charge. It offers numerous discounts and complimentary services throughout the region – just ask us about it.
 
Booking & Payment
Deposit: To confirm your booking, we kindly ask for a 30% deposit.
Bank details: Account holder: Oswalderhof, IBAN: AT82 3636 8000 03020724, BIC: RZTIAT22368
Cancellation terms: up to 31 days before the day of arrival: free of charge; from 30 to 8 days before the day of arrival: 30 % of the booking value or deposit; from 7 days before the day of arrival and in case of no-show: 90 % of the booking value. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Payment: Cash, credit card or bank transfer.
 
Further Information:

  • Not wheelchair accessible: The apartments are located on the upper floor and can only be reached via stairs. Unfortunately, there is no lift.

  • Fully equipped kitchen, balcony (except for two rooms) and mountain views in every apartment.

  • Bathroom with a spacious shower.

  • Bed linen and towels included.

  • Free Wi-Fi in all rooms and apartments.

  • All rooms and apartments are non-smoking.

  • Ski storage and bicycle storage for your equipment.

  • Free uncovered roadside parking.

  • Apartments suitable for guests with allergies.

  • Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

  • Everything for children: Do you need a high chair, cot or anything else? Just let us know.
